If you would like a room with a difference why not consider one of our licensed Private Suites for the ultimate Harness Racing experience. Prime position at Harold Park adjacent to the winning post with a view like this you will be sure not to miss any of the action!
Holding a minimum of 15 guests to a maximum of 60 guests, these Suites offer the highest standards of hospitality for your guests. They are available for casual hire or corporate leasing and provide an excellent facility to entertain your clients or a group of friends whilst experiencing the excitement of Harness Racing to the fullest extent. The night commences from 6.30pm until 11.00pm.
Venue hire is applicable to our Private Suites and includes the following:

- Private Balcony overlooking the Winning Post for an uninterrupted view
VENUE HIRE
- Premier Suite 1 - seats 35 – 60 guests based upon a minimum of 35 guests. This is our premier fine dining suite and offers your guests banquet style seating with chair covers and sash. Venue hire is $770.00.
- Private Suite 2-7 reserved individually holds 15 - 30 guests and offer modern benches & stools based upon a minimum of 15 guests. Venue hire is $440.00.
- Combined Private Suites 4 & 5 or 6 & 7, which holds 30 – 60 guests and offer modern benches & stools based upon a minimum of 30 guests. Venue hire is $660.00.
CATERING & BEVERAGES
Catering for the evening is a three course Lavish Buffet @ $50.00 per person consisting of Seafood, Cold Meats, Assorted Salads, Hot Carvery and Dessert Selection. Catering is essential for all Guests.
A Wait staff is present within your suite to serve your drinks and attend to any of your needs. Beverages are either Charged on consumption where you nominate the dollar limit spend or via a Cash Bar facility, where your guests purchase their own beverages.
